摘  要:畜禽屠宰企业管理一直以来都是国家监控的重点和难点,依据山东省畜禽屠宰管理办法,德州市对畜禽屠宰加工企业分级管理工作进行了实践,通过企业调研,摸家底,找问题;针对问题,抓重点、寻找突破口、树立分级标杆企业;严格畜禽屠宰分级管理工作程序,最终获得满意的分级结果。通过德州市畜禽屠宰企业分级管理工作的实践,以期为同行以及相关行业提供参考,提升屠宰管理能力,满足人民对肉品的美好需求。The management of livestock and poultry slaughtering enterprises was always the focus and difficulty of national monitoring.According to the management measures of livestock and poultry slaughtering in Shandong Province,Dezhou City implemented the grading and management of livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing enterprises.Through enterprise research,the bottom of family was touched and the problems were found;In view of problems,the key points were got,and the breakthrough points were found,and the grading benchmarking enterprises were established.Finally,the satisfactory grading results were obtained through strict grading and management procedures of livestock and poultry slaughtering.Through the practice of grading and management of livestock and poultry slaughtering enterprises in this city,the reference was provided for peers and related industries,and slaughtering management ability was improved,and people's good demand for meat products were met.
