精准护理指导下加速康复外科理念在神经脊柱疾病围术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨神经脊柱脊髓疾病行手术治疗患者的护理方法。方法选取82例患者,将其随机分为两组,各41例。干预组实施“精准护理”指导下ERAS护理,对照组实施常规护理。分析两组相关指标及并发症情况。结果干预组MBI及SAS评分改善程度均优于对照组,住院时间、术后排气时间、术后疼痛时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精准化ERAS护理方案能有效提升神经脊柱脊髓疾病行手术治疗患者的临床效果,促进快速康复。Objective To explore the nursing methods of patients with neurospine and spinal cord diseases undergoing surgical treatments.Methods Eighty-two patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The intervention group implemented ERAS nursing under the guidance of precision nursing,and the control group implemented conventional nursing.The related indicators and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The improvement of MBI and SAS scores of the intervention group was better than those of the control group.The hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative pain time,and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group.The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precise ERAS nursing plan can effectively improve the clinical effects of the surgical treatments of neurospine and spinal cord diseases and promote rapid recovery.
