1株牛源Mannheimia varigena的分离鉴定及病理组织学观察

摘　　要：2017年10月,从吉林省某牛场1例病死牛肺脏内分离到1株革兰阴性杆菌,对该菌株的16S rRNA基因进行PCR扩增并进行序列测定,测序结果经Blast分析与Mannheimia varigena的核苷酸同源性为98%,经过进一步糖、醇发酵试验等一系列生化试验,结果与测序结果相符,将其命名为Mv-1。该菌对供试小鼠具有致病性。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对氟苯尼考、克林霉素及头孢曲松敏感,对强力霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、大观霉素、链霉素、新霉素及红霉素耐药。In October 2017,a gram-negative strain was isolated from the lung of dead cattle from Jilin province.PCR amplification and sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene showed 98%identity to Mannheimia varigena from the Blast analysis.The sugar,alcohol fermentation experiments and other biochemical test results were consistent with the sequencing result,and we named it as Mv-1.Pathogenicity analysis showed that the bacteria was pathogenic to mice.Drug susceptibility test results showed that isolate Mv-1 was sensitive to florfenicol,clindamycin and ceftriaxone,but resistant to doxycycline,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,spectinomyci,streptomycin,neomycin and erythromycin.
