摘 要:为初步探讨茶树油提取物粉对大鼠免疫功能的影响,将茶树油提取物粉分为高、中、低剂量[875、175、35 mg/(kg·bw)]3个组,以1%羧甲基纤维素钠为正常对照组,灌胃给予大鼠。连续给予受试物10 d后,测定肝脏、脾脏和胸腺指数,检测巨噬细胞吞噬活性、血清溶血素含量及脾淋巴细胞增殖。结果显示:茶树油提取物低、中、高剂量组脾指数均有显著增加(P<0.05),高剂量时肝脏指数明显增高(P<0.01)。低、中、高3个剂量组巨噬细胞吞噬活性均显著升高(P<0.05),分别是对照组的1.4、1.6倍和1.8倍。中、高剂量组血清溶血素均显著增加(P<0.01)。低、中、高剂量显著增加脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P﹤0.05),分别是对照组的1.4、1.4倍和1.3倍。表明茶树油提取物粉对大鼠免疫功能有较明显的增强作用,为其作为饲料添加剂在畜禽生产中的使用提供依据。To explore the effect of tea tree oil on immune function in rats.Tea tree oil extract powder was divided into three groups at doses of[875,175 and 35 mg/(kg·bw)]by gavage once a day for continuous ten times,and 1%carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was taken as the normal control group.Liver,spleen and thymus indexes were measured after 10 days of continuous administration.Macrophage phagocytosis activity,serum hemolysin content and spleen lymphocyte proliferation were detected.The results showed that the spleen index in groups of low,medium and high doses of tea tree oil extract were all significantly increased compared to the control(P<0.05),while the liver index in the high dose group was significantly increased(P<0.01).The phagocytic activity of macrophages in the low,medium and high dose groups were significantly increased by 1.4,1.6 and 1.8 folds compared to the control group(P<0.05).Serum hemolysin in low and medium doses were significantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.01).The proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in low,medium and high doses were significantly increased about 1.4,1.4 and 1.3 times compared to the control group(P<0.05).The immune function of rats can be enhanced by the tea tree oil extract powder significantly,implying the product may be used as a feed additive in animal production.
