摘 要:为评价茵黄口服液对动物心血管系统、呼吸系统和神经系统的影响,取SPF级KM小鼠80只,随机分为4组,分别为黄口服液高剂量组[20.0 g/(kg·bw)]、中剂量组[10.0 g/(kg·bw)]、低剂量组[5.0 g/(kg·bw)]和空白组(灌胃相同体积的蒸馏水),给药前(-1 h)、后(0 h、1 h、2 h、4 h)采用MC4000无创血压仪检测小鼠收缩压(SAP)、舒张压(DAP)和脉搏(P);采用EMKA无创肺功能仪检测呼吸频率(RF)、潮气量(TV)和呼吸曲线。此外,采用常规方法分别检测对戊巴比妥钠阈剂量和阈下剂量的催眠效果、自主活动和机能协调运动情况。结果显示,高剂量组和低剂量组在给药后4 h的收缩压和舒张压较对照组有显著下降(P<0.05);各剂量组对呼吸频率、潮气量和呼吸曲线无显著影响;高剂量组显著减少戊巴比妥钠阈剂量小鼠的入睡时间(P<0.05),显著延长小鼠的睡眠维持时间(P<0.05);各剂量组对阈下剂量小鼠的睡眠个数、自主活动次数和转棒坠落率无显著影响。表明茵黄口服液有一定的降压作用和镇静作用。To evaluate the effects of Yinhuang oral liquid on cardiovascular system,respiratory system and nervous system in animals.80 SPF KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:the high dose group[20.0 g/(kg·bw)],the medium dose group[100.0 g/(kg·bw)],the low dose group[5.0 g/(kg·bw)],and the control group,which was given the same volume of distilled water.Systolic arterial pressure(SAP),diastolic arterial pressure(DAP)and pulse(P)were measured by MC4000 noninvasive blood pressure meter before administration(-1 h)and after(0 h,1 h,2 h,4 h),respiratory frequency(RF),tidal volume(TV)and respiratory rhythm were measured by EMKA noninvasive pulmonary function meter at same time as above.The number,grouping and drug delivery method of KM mice were the same as above.The hypnotic effect,autonomic activity and functional coordination exercise of pentobarbital sodium threshold dose and subthreshold dose were detected by routine methods.The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the high dose group and the low dose group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 4 hours after administration(P<0.05).There was no significant effect on respiratory frequency,tidal volume and respiratory rhythm.High dose group significantly reduced the sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium threshold mice(P<0.05),and prolonged sleep duration in mice(P<0.05).Each dose group had no significant effect on the number of sleep,the number of spontaneous activities and the rate of rod falling in subliminal dose mice.Yinhuang oral liquid has certain antihypertensive and sedative effects.
