半夏泻心汤联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病性腹泻的临床效果及对肠道激素和肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏泻心汤联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病性腹泻(DD)的临床效果及对肠道激素和肠道菌群的影响。方法选择64例DD患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(32例,双歧杆菌四联活菌片+马来酸曲美布汀片)和观察组(32例,半夏泻心汤+双侧天枢穴穴位贴敷)。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的中医症候积分、血清MTL水平低于对照组,血清SS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的双歧杆菌、拟杆菌菌落数量均增加,乳酸杆菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌及酵母菌菌落数量均减少,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合穴位贴敷治疗DD的临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,调节胃肠激素水平及肠道菌群。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with acupoint application on diabetic diarrhea(DD)and its influences on intestinal hormones and intestinal flora.Methods A total of 64 patients with DD were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(32 cases,Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets+trimebutine maleate tables)and observation group(32 cases,Banxia Xiexin decoction+bilateral Tianshu point acupoint application)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score and serum MTL level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the serum SS level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Bacteroides in the two groups increased,while the number of Lactobacillus,Enterococcus,Enterobacter and Yeast decreased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of DD has significant clinical effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal flora.
