摘　　要：目的探讨基于多媒体网络平台的延续性护理结合社会支持对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法选取我科2017年9月至2018年9月收治的60例乳腺癌术后化疗患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规方式的健康教育及随访;观察组通过多媒体网络平台进行延续性护理,同时实施社会支持干预。比较两组患者的生存质量和自我管理效能。结果随访6个月,观察组的EORTC QLQ-BR23、EORTC QLQ-C30及SUPPH评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予乳腺癌术后化疗患者基于多媒体网络平台的延续性护理结合社会支持,能够提高患者化疗后的生存质量和自我管理效能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on multimedia network platform combined with social support on quality of life of patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy after operation.Methods A total of 60 cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy admitted in our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education and follow-up;while the observation group received continuous nursing based on multimedia network platform,and implemented social support intervention.The quality of life and self-management efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of follow-up,the EORTC QLQ-BR23,EORTC QLQ-C30 and SUPPH scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on multimedia network platform combined with social support can improve the quality of life and self-management efficiency of patients after chemotherapy for breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
