摘　　要：目的探讨合理情绪疗法结合信息-动机-行为技巧模式对老年冠心病患者心理弹性及希望水平的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年10月收治的88例老年冠心病患者进行研究,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组。各44例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施合理情绪疗法结合信息-动机-行为技巧模式护理。比较两组干预前、后的心理弹性、希望水平、治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组乐观、自强、坚韧评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组积极态度、亲密关系、行动态度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗依从率为97.73%,明显高于对照组的84.09%(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法结合信息-动机-行为技巧模式可提高老年冠心病患者的心理弹性及希望水平,也能提高患者的治疗依从性,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of reasonable emotional therapy combined with information-motivation-behavioral skill model on the psychological elasticity and hope level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented reasonable emotional therapy combined with information-motivation-behavioral skills model nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological elasticity,hope level before and after the intervention and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of optimism,self-improvement and tenacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of positive attitude,intimate relationship and action attitude in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than 84.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable emotional therapy combined with information-motivation-behavioral skills model can improve the psychological elasticity and hope level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and also improve treatment compliance of patient,which is worth promoting.
