摘 要:砼灌注桩在施工过程中因质量控制存在沉渣过厚、砼离析或桩端未进入持力层等缺陷,应用二重管高压旋喷洗孔、注浆技术处理,很好地解决了砼灌注桩的缺陷问题并取得较好效果。基此,探究其高压洗桩、注浆机理及其工艺特点,并分析其桩基检测,探讨其加固处理及效果。实践成果证明了该方案安全可靠,可有效提高桩基承载力。The cast-in-place concrete pile which exist the defects such as the sediment is too thick,concrete segregation or the piles was not entered into the bearing layer.The application of double pipe high pressure rotary grouting hole washing and grouting technology which can be effectively solve the defects and achieve the better results.Based on this,this article explores its high-pressure pile washing,grouting mechanism and its technological characteristics and analyzes its pile foundation detection,discusses its reinforcement treatment and effect.The practical results have proved that the scheme is safe and reliable which can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.
