摘  要:激光供电技术是实现中高压电气设备高电位监测节点能量供应的重要手段。随着能源互联网建设的推进和众多特高压工程的实施,对激光供电技术的输出功率、响应特性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。针对现有激光供电技术存在的低可靠、短寿命、只针对单一负载等问题,提出了一种功率自适应激光供电技术。该技术采用闭环反馈能量管理算法,根据外部负载的实际功耗,动态调整激光器的输出功率,将光电池稳定在最大功率转化区域,从而优化光电池能量转换效率。研制了自适应激光供电系统样机,并通过实验验证了供电系统的响应和启动特性。实验结果表明,自适应算法可以根据负载功耗动态调整激光器的驱动电流,从而可以有效降低激光供电系统的功耗和发热量,提高系统可靠性和寿命。Power-over-fiber technology is one of the crucial means to energize the monitoring nodes in high-voltage environment for the electrical equipment.With the construction of the Energy Internet and the development of the UHV projects in electric power industry,higher requirements have to be made on the output power,the response performances and the reliability of the power-over-fiber technology.We present a novel self-adaptation scheme for the power-over-fiber system towards the defects,such as low reliability,short life and only available for single load,which the power-over-fiber systems are suffered.The system includes a closed-loop feedback energy management scheme and is able to dynamically tune the output power of the system,according to the power consumption of the load,and keep the photocell working at its maximum power area.Thus,the photoelectric energy conversion efficiency is improved.In addition,a prototype of power-over-fiber system with the scheme was made and the startup and the response of the scheme were experimentally testified.The results show that the driven current of the laser can be changed corresponding to the output load,which effectively reduces the power consumption of the system,enhance the reliability and prolong the life of the system.
