摘  要:以CAN总线为双开门电梯控制器通讯主干网,进行了各分控制器硬件选型,搭建了电梯控制器通讯系统;选用BasicCAN工作模式,规划楼层控制器发送缓冲区数据,结合MODBUS协议以及CAN信息帧结构自定义CAN-MODBUS通讯协议,能兼容CAN2.0A通讯协议,实现了基于独立CAN控制器下的CAN通讯;结合楼层控制工艺,研究分析了CAN通讯中总线时序参数与验收屏蔽参数,以此获取楼层控制器的参数值。通过研究表明,按照自定义CAN-MODBUS协议封装数据,基于CAN通讯的双开门电梯控制系统实现了快速可靠的数据传输。Taking CAN bus as the communication backbone network of the double door elevator controller,the hardware selection of each sub controller is carried out,and the communication system of the elevator controller is built;the BasicCAN working mode is selected,the floor controller is planned to send buffer data,and the CAN-MODBUS communication protocol is customized by combining the MODBUS protocol and the CAN information frame structure,which is compatible with CAN 2.0A communication protocol,and CAN communication based on the independent CAN controller is realized,Combined with floor control process the bus timing parameters and acceptance shielding parameters in CAN communication are studied and analyzed to obtain the parameters of floor controller.The research shows that according to the custom CAN-MODBUS protocol,the double door elevator control system based on CAN communication achieves fast and reliable data transmission.
