摘 要:开展再生骨料混凝土(recycled aggregate concrete,RAC)在3种应力水平(S=0.6、0.7、0.8)下的等幅弯曲疲劳试验.结果表明:随着再生骨料取代率的增加,再生混凝土的总孔隙率增大,弯曲疲劳寿命减小;与普通混凝土相比,再生骨料取代率100%时的再生混凝土疲劳寿命下降了46.3%~63.6%,总孔隙率由13.71%增长至18.32%;RAC的弯曲疲劳寿命服从两参数Weibull分布,再生骨料会增大混凝土弯曲疲劳寿命的离散性;在失效概率为0.50时,再生混凝土在再生骨料取代率为0%、50%、100%时的疲劳极限分别为0.55、0.54、0.55,再生骨料混凝土在高周疲劳下具有与普通混凝土相近的疲劳性能.A constant-amplitude flexural fatigue test of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)under different stress levels was carried out.As the replacement rate of recycled aggregate increases,the total porosity of recycled concrete increases,and the flexural fatigue life decreases.Compared with ordinary concrete,the fatigue life of recycled aggregate concrete made with 100%recycled concrete aggregate has decreased by 46.3%-63.6%,and the total porosity has increased from 13.71%to 18.32%.The flexural fatigue life of RAC follows the two-parameter Weibull distribution,recycled concrete aggregate will increase the dispersion of flexural fatigue life.When the failure probability is 0.50,the fatigue limit of recycled concrete made with 0%,50%and 100%recycled concrete aggregate is 0.55,0.54 and 0.55 respectively.Present study indicates that recycled aggregate concrete has fatigue performance similar to ordinary concrete under high-cycle fatigue.
