摘 要:根据浮顶油罐密封系统结构特点,对一、二次密封之间可燃气体来源进行分析。针对一、二次密封之间可燃气体浓度超标问题,从储罐施工、设计、运行管理和产品性能等方面进行原因分析,并提出提升浮顶油罐密封系统安全性的应对措施。通过对密封装置保持良好密封效果的补偿范围分析,提出基于油罐变形的密封装置补偿范围计算方法,为浮顶油罐密封装置的合理配置提供理论依据。According to the structural characteristics of the sealing device for the floating roof tank,the combustible gas sources during the primary and secondary sealing device were analyzed.In view of the excessive concentration of combustible gas between the primary and secondary seals,the reasons were analyzed from the aspects of storage tank construction,design,operation management and product performance,and countermeasures to improve the safety of the floating roof tank sealing system were proposed.By analyzing the compensation scope of the sealing device to maintain a good sealing effect,a calculation method for the compensation range of the sealing device based on the deformation of the oil tank was proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable configuration of the sealing device of the floating roof oil tank.
