摘　　要：本文基于Bootstrap-DEA模型测度了中国285个地级及以上城市的绿色发展效率,利用二阶段嵌套泰尔指数与空间自相关分析考察了绿色发展效率空间分异的嵌套结构特征与空间集聚模式,最终揭示了影响绿色发展效率空间分异的关键因素。研究发现:(1)尽管从总体来看中国城市绿色发展效率存在长期向好倾向,但绿色发展效率空间分异特征持续存在,并且呈缓慢加强趋势;(2)城市绿色发展效率空间分异主要来源于省份内部差异,且对总体差异的影响程度逐渐加深,而区域间差异的影响则呈下降趋势;(3)空间溢出效应在绿色发展效率空间分异特征形成过程中发挥重要作用,高水平城市能够通过带动其临近地区发展使得空间分异呈现集聚分布模式,但这种空间溢出效应存在显著的距离衰减现象;(4)样本期内经济发展水平与外商投资对绿色发展效率空间分异的影响逐渐上升,而产业结构与禀赋结构的影响则呈下降趋势。Based on the Bootstrap-DEA model,the paper measures the green development efficiency of 285 prefecture-level cities in China.The second-stage nested Theil index and spatial autocorrelation analysis are used to investigate the nested pattern and the agglomeration mood in order to reveal the key driving factors that influence the spatial disparity of green development efficiency.It is found that although the overall green development efficiency in China’s cities shows a long-term positive tendency,the spatial disparity of green development efficiency persists and has a slow increase trend.The spatial disparity of urban green development efficiency mainly comes from the differences within provinces,gradually deepening the influence on the overall differences;while the impact of inter-regional disparity is declining.The spatial spillover effect plays an important role in the formation of spatial disparity of green development efficiency,and advanced cities can improve the efficiency of their neighboring regions;however,this spatial spillover effect has a significant distance decay phenomenon.In the sample period,the impact of the economic development level and foreign investment on the spatial disparity of green development efficiency gradually increased,while the impact of industrial structure and endowment structure showed a downward trend.
