带中间层的铜与不锈钢扩散焊接条件研究

摘  要:本文主要研究压力和时间在扩散焊中对焊接效果的影响,通过初期试验大致确定了温度850℃,真空度20Pa。实验分为两组,第一组初始压力为2MPa,每次增加2 MPa,直至增加到8 MPa,来研究不同的焊接压力对焊接效果的影响。第二组初始保温时间为30min,每次增加15min,直至增加到90min,来研究不同保温时间对焊接效果的影响。通过光学显微镜的观察,当焊接压力为6 MPa,保温时间为90min的时候焊接效果最好,其中银的扩散范围最大,强度也最高。通过试验表明,紫铜和316L不锈钢通过中间层银片的扩散焊接在温度为850℃,保温时间为90min,焊接压力为6MPa的时候焊接情况最好。This paper mainly studies the influence of pressure and time on welding effect in diffusion welding.The temperature and vacuum degree of 850℃and 20 Pa are determined by the initial test.The experiment is divided into two groups.The first group has an initial pressure of 2 MPa,which is increased by 2 MPa each time to 8 MPa,to study the influence of different welding pressures on the welding effect.The second group sets of initial holding time of 30 min,each increase in 15 min,until it increases to 90 min,to study the effect of different holding time on the impact of welding.Observed by optical microscope,the best welding pressure is 6 MPa,the best holding time is 90 min,where the largest spread of silver,the highest intensity.The experiment shows that 316 Lstainless steel,copper and silver strip through the middle layer of the diffusion bonding at a temperature of 850℃,holding time of 9 min,when the welding pressure of 6 MPa is the best welding.
