摘 要:为解决单垛料一模双件生产左右件数量不一致的问题,模拟成形过程中进行压力机偏载分析、零件成形性分析,根据模拟结果分析整改可行性,再采用聚乙烯胶布验证整改方案,对工艺补充进行补焊和打磨,最后确认零件成形质量,实现了某车型前门外板单垛料一模双件单边生产,减少零件报废率。In order to solve the problem of the inconsistency of the left and right parts in a die for two parts of single stack materials,firstly,the feasibility of rectification was analyzed by simulation analysis of the eccentric load of the press and the part formability.Secondly,polyethylene tape was used to verify the rectification scheme and repair welding and polishing were carried out for the process supplement.Finally,the forming quality of the part was confirmed,and the single production of front door outer panel with single stack materials by using a die for two parts of a certain car was realized,which could reduce the scrap loss of the parts.
