摘　　要：针对圆形线圈类骨架的结构特点,为了减小模具外形尺寸以降低模具制造成本,介绍了通过固定在滑块上的导杆在导板滑槽内移动实现滑块驱动的方法。经生产验证,模具量产稳定,可为同类制品的模具设计提供参考。According to the structural characteristics of the circular coil framework,a method to realize the slider driving by moving the guide rod fixed on the slider in the guide plate groove was introduced to reduce the size and cost of the mould.The production proved that the output was stable,which could be used as a reference for the mould design of similar products.
