摘 要:以热电厂固体废弃物粉煤灰为原料合成了1种高效的Ni^2+沸石吸附剂,研究了在电场辅助作用下,电场强度、溶液pH和电解质NaCl含量对沸石吸附Ni^2+性能的影响。结果表明,当电场强度为0.8 V/cm,NaCl的质量浓度为1 g/L,溶液pH为6时,阴极室中沸石对Ni^2+的吸附量可达到64.44 mg/g,比开路时提高了53.17%,饱和吸附时间缩短了50%。吸附剂经过5次循环使用后,Ni^2+饱和吸附量仍保持原来的94.49%,具有较好的稳定性、吸附/解吸附和再生性。辅助电场不仅可以附加Ni^2+的电迁移作用,还可以对沸石吸附剂产生扩孔作用,增大其比表面积,进而提高沸石的Ni^2+吸附性能。A high-efficiency Ni^2+zeolite adsorbent was synthesized from solid waste fly ash in thermal power plant. The effects of electric field strength,solution pH and electrolyte NaCl content on the adsorption of Ni^2+by zeolite were studied with electric field assistance. The results showed that when the electric field strength was 0.8 V/cm, the mass concentration of NaCl was 1 g/L, and the solution pH was 6, the adsorption capacity of Ni^2+by zeolite in the cathode chamber could reach 64.44 mg/g, which was 53.17% higher than that in the open circuit. The saturation adsorption time was reduced by50%. In addition, after 5 times cycle use of the adsorbent, the saturated adsorption capacity of Ni^2+remained at 94.49%. It could be seen that the zeolite adsorbent had good stability, adsorption/desorption and regeneration. The auxiliary electric field could not only effectively attach the electromobility of Ni^2+, but also expand the pores of zeolite adsorbent, increase its specific surface area, and thus improved the Ni2+adsorption performance of zeolite.
