摘  要:利用紫外线A(UVA,波长315~400 nm,最高365 nm)辅助照射活性污泥,研究了紫外辅助实现城市污水短程硝化工艺的可行性,考察了UVA对活性污泥中氨氧化菌(AOB)和亚硝酸氧化菌(NOB)活性影响。结果表明,不同辐射强度UVA照射下AOB活性略有提高而NOB活性显著下降,辐射强度1.67×10^-6Einstein/(L·s)下对NOB活性的抑制率达40%。通过序批式反应器(SBR),以模拟城市污水为处理对象,在UVA紫外辐射强度0.867×10^-6Einstein/(L·s)下,在常温(25~27℃)、COD为100~150 mg/L、进水NH4^+-N的质量浓度为50 mg/L的条件下,运行30 d后出水NH4^+-N去除率达到90%以上、NO2^--N积累率稳定在80%左右,成功实现了城市污水短程硝化。The feasibility of partial nitrification process for municipal sewage with the assistance of ultraviolet was studied,the activated sludge was assisted by ultraviolet A(UVA,wavelength of 315~400 nm,peak value of 365 nm)irradiation.The influence of UVA on the activities of ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB)and nitrous oxide bacteria(NOB)in the activated sludge was discussed.The results indicated that,the activity of AOB increased slightly while that of NOB declined sharply with the increase of UVA irradiation.The activity of NOB was decreased to 40%under the ultraviolet intensity of 1.67×10^-6 Einstein/(L·s).The sequencing batch reactor(SBR)was operated to treat simulated municipal sewage,when UVA intensity was 0.867×10^-6 Einstein/(L·s),temperature was between 25 and 27℃,COD was 100~150 mg/L and influent mass concentration of NH4+-N was 50 mg/L,the NH4+-N removal rate in effluent reached above 90%and the NO2--N accumulation rate was stabilized about 80%after operation of30 d,which showed the partial nitrification of municipal sewage was successfully achieved.
