摘　　要：通过优化中间包本体材质,优化塞棒、上水口、浸入式水口等相关耐材使用性能,改进部分关键操作,中间包使用寿命得以大幅度提升。中间包寿命的提升,减少了换浇次数量,增加了有效作业时间,进一步提升宽板坯坯料产量从而满足轧钢产能释放的需要。The service life of tundish can be greatly improved by optimizing the tundish body material,optimizing the service performance of relevant refractory materials such as stopper,upper nozzle and submerged nozzle,and improving some key operations.With the increase of tundish life,the number of casting times can be reduced to increase the effective operation time,and the output of wide slab blank can be further increased to meet the needs of steel rolling capacity release.
