摘　　要：30CrMnSiNi2A、30CrNi2MoVA类型钢在晶粒度项目检测过程中,采用直接淬硬法进行晶粒度显示时,出现晶界不析出、无显示等问题。本文拟对解决方法进行探讨,通过在不改变此类型钢组织结构的前提下提高回火温度,使渗碳体聚集长大并沉积,提高显示速率,获得准确的晶粒度显示测定方法。In the process of grain size test of 30CrMnSiNi2A and 30CrNi2MoVA steel,when the direct harden⁃ing method was used to display the grain size,there were problems such as no precipitation and no display of grain boundary.In this paper,the method to solve these problems were discussed.By increasing tempering temperature without changing the structure of this type of steel,the cementite could aggregate,grow and deposit,increase the dis⁃play rate,and obtain an accurate measurement method of grain size display.
