摘  要:学生教学信息员制度已成为高校教学质量监控的重要组成部分,从“思想宣传、队伍建设、激励机制、交流机制、平台搭建”五个方面阐述了南昌航空大学学生教学信息员制度的实践路径,围绕该制度在南昌航空大学运行十五年以来取得的成效与存在的问题,进一步探讨和反思如何完善高校学生教学信息员制度,以此希冀提升高校教学水平。The student teaching feedback system has become an important part of the teaching quality supervising system in colleges and universities.The practical path of the student teaching information system of Nanchang Hangkong University is described from five aspects of ideological publicity,team building,incentive mechanism,communication mechanism and platform construction.Based on the achievements and problems that the student teaching feedback system has achieved in the 15 years of operation of Nanchang Hangkong University,we further explores and reflects on how to improve the system of college student teaching information,so as to improve the level of college education.
