摘 要:为了有效治理综放工作面硫化氢的危害,通过实验室分析及现场检测对煤矿中硫化氢含量及分布规律进行研究,提出了割煤前深浅孔预注碱液、割煤过程中工作面喷洒碱液、割煤后风帘引排和水幕吸收联合治理硫化氢技术。结果表明:硫化氢受向斜构造控制,使得向斜轴部硫化氢聚集,通过综合防治治理技术,使得控制硫化氢的效果大大提高。In order to effectively control the harm of hydrogen sulfide in fully mechanized top coal caving face, the content and distribution law of hydrogen sulfide in coal mine were studied through laboratory analysis and field detection. The technology of hydrogen sulfide treatment combined with deep and shallow hole pre injection of alkali liquor before coal cutting, spraying alkali liquor at working face during coal cutting, air curtain drainage and water curtain absorption after coal cutting were put forward. The results show that hydrogen sulfide is controlled by syncline structure, which makes hydrogen sulfide accumulate in syncline axis. Through comprehensive prevention and treatment technology, the effect of controlling hydrogen sulfide is greatly improved.
