摘　　要：对风电场远程数据采集与监控系统SCADA网络进行了分析,对国网冀北电力调度控制中心提出的风机信息采集上传工作要求和实施手册进行了探讨。对许继风机的信息采集上传系统的进行了详细的软硬件方案和算法设计。基于许继风机PLC程序FJK-502.4、SCADA系统组态软件DWE-8000和南瑞隔离装置syskeeper-2000进行了相应的软件开发、测试和现场调试。开发出的风机信息采集上传系统具有计算量小、成本低、结构清晰、扩展性好、兼容性强、数据准确度高等优点。Wind farm SCADA network is analysed,and work requirements and implementing manual of WTGS data acquisition and update which is released by electirc dispatch and control center of state grid jibei electric power Co.,Ltd.,is discussed.A detailed hardware and software scheme and algorithm of Xuji WTGS data acquisition and update system is designed.The corresponding software development,testing and site commissioning is carried out based on Xuji WTGS PLC program FJK-502.4,SCADA system configuration software DWE-8000 and nanrui forward isolation device syskeeper-2000.The developped WTGS data acquistion and update system has the advantages of low calculation,low cost,clear structure,good expansibility and good compatibility.
