摘　　要：阳光体育运动是教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央决定于2007年4月29日在全国范围内全面启动的一项有利于学生健康的活动。阳光运动的本质是为了鼓励更多的学生走出教室,积极地参与到户外运动中,从而保证我国青少年学生身体素质的提升,为我国素质人才工程的建设打下重要基础。但是从实际效果看,阳光体育只是从属于学校体育的一个部分,其本身的定义十分模糊,很多学校在开展的过程中不明白开展阳光体育运动的意义,所以导致运动内容上的偏差,如果不能够有效地界定阳光体育运动的本质,将会对阳光运动的后续开展以及创新发展造成较大的阻碍,无法保证开展阳光体育运动的目的能否被实现,所以关于阳光体育运动的本质、功能以及特征的研究需要引起每一位教育工作者的注意。Sunshine Sports Movement is an activity beneficial to the health of students decided by the Ministry of Education,the General Administration of Sports and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League to be launched nationwide on April 29,2007.The essence of the Sunshine Sports Movement is to encourage more students to get out of the classroom and actively participate in outdoor sports,so as to ensure the improvement of the physical quality of our young students and lay an important foundation for the construction of our quality talent project.However,in terms of actual results,Sunshine Sports Movement is only a part of the school sports,and its definition is very vague.Many schools do not understand the significance of carrying out Sunshine Sports Movement in the process of development,so they lead to deviations in sports content.Being able to effectively define the essence of Sunshine Sports Movement will cause greater hindrance to the subsequent development and innovation of Sunshine Sports Movement,and cannot guarantee whether the purpose of carrying out Sunshine Sports Movement can be achieved.Therefore,the study regarding the nature,functions and characteristics of Sunshine Sports Movement needs to attract the attention of every educator.
