摘　　要：信息和网络技术的迅猛发展,使得一部分人在信息获取和使用上困难重重,图书馆的公益性和平等服务理念,使得为这一群体提供知识援助服务有了可能。文章分析了图书馆知识援助的优势、服务途径及存在的问题。With the rapid development of information and network technology,some people have difficulties in obtaining and using information.The public welfare and equal service concept of the library makes it possible to provide knowledge assistance services for this group.The paper analyzes the advantages of library knowledge assistance,and service channels and existing problems.
