摘  要:为解决智能变电站过程层现存的网络风暴、智能电子设备(IED)端口连接错误、非法报文输入、报文循环冗余校验(CRC)错误、网路丢帧等网络故障无法定位、故障排查困难的问题,提出了一种基于网络设备端口白名单和面向通用对象的变电站事件/采样值(GOOSE/SV)控制块流控为基础的智能变电站过程层网络精确定位方法。首先,通过SCD工具生成交换机每个端口的白名单,同时在交换机上配置GOOSE/SV控制块流量阈值;其次,针对以上提到的各种网络故障进行网络行为分析,确定故障定位的具体逻辑和需要的输入信息;再次,根据故障定位和过程层交换机监视需要传输的信息具有信息点多、必须支持文件传输的特点,选取与智能变电站一致的制造报文系统(MMS)规约作为过程层网络设备的监视规约,最后,给出了过程层网络过程层全链路监视方案并进行了实验室仿真验证。仿真实验结果表明过程层全链路监视方案可以实现过程层网络故障的准确定位。In order to resolve existing problems of network storm,port connection error of Intelligent Electronic Device(IED),illegal message input,message Cyclic Redundancy Check(CRC)errors,frame loss,etc.,which are difficult to locate and troubleshoot,an accurate location method of process layer network in smart substation based on whitelist of network equipment ports and Generic Object Oriented Substation Event(GOOSE)/Sampled Value(SV)block flow control was proposed.Firstly,the white list of each port of the switch was generated by SCD tool,and the GOOSE/SV control block flow threshold was configured on the switch.Secondly,the network behaviors were analyzed for all kinds of network faults mentioned above to determine the specific logic of fault location and the required input information.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of fault location and process layer switch monitoring,which have many information points and must support file transmission,Manufactory Message System(MMS)protocol consistent with smart substation was selected as the monitoring protocol of process layer network equipment.Finally,the whole link monitoring scheme of process layer network was given and verified by laboratory simulation.The simulation results show that the whole link monitoring scheme can accurately locate network faults in process layer network.
