摘 要:在食品或药物递送领域和缓释领域中,基于丝素蛋白的负载系统因其具备出色的生物相容性和可生物降解性而备受关注。采用自组装法制备平均粒径为242 nm±13.36 nm的丝素蛋白微球,并通过吸附法将性质不稳定的白藜芦醇成功地负载到了丝素蛋白微球中。白藜芦醇的最大包封率和负载率分别为32.41%±0.62%和3.61%±0.02%。体外缓释实验表明,负载白藜芦醇的丝素蛋白微球可以在模拟胃液中稳定持续地释放长达14 d。这体现了丝素蛋白微球在载药及缓释应用中的优越性能。由此可见丝素蛋白微球亦是一种非常有开发价值的药物或食物载体。Loading system prepared by silk fibroin has attracted great attention in the field of delivery and sustained release of drug or food due to its excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability. In this study, silk fibroin microsphere with an average particle size of 242 nm±13.36 nm was prepared by self-assembly, and highly unstable resveratrol was successfully loaded into silk fibroin microsphere by adsorption. The maximum encapsulation efficiency and loading efficiency of resveratrol were 32.41%±0.62% and 3.61%±0.02%, respectively. Moreover, the resveratrol-loaded silk fibroin microsphere can be stably and sustainably released in simulated gastric fluid for 14 d. All above demonstrated that it has superior property of loading and sustained release. Therefore, silk fibroin microsphere is a kind of promising carrier for drug and food.
