新冠疫情下的两岸经济关系新态势

摘　　要：百年不遇的新冠疫情对全球化带来新一轮冲击,对两岸经济也造成新的影响。本文通过对2020年初以来的两岸贸易和投资情况的分析,说明即便在新冠疫情和中美经贸博弈双重冲击下,两岸经济合作不仅仍具优势互补空间,而且在"危机中育新机",呈现出转型升级的新态势。同时,两岸经济对岛内经济社会的作用更加突显。展望疫后,两岸经济关系虽将面临多重政经复杂挑战,但在大陆新发展格局的带动下将"于变局中开新局"。两岸经济仍将是促进岛内经济社会发展的重要动力与推进两岸关系和平发展的重要基础。The unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic has brought a new round of attack on globalization and has also brought new impact on the cross-Strait economy. Through analyzing the cross-Strait trade and investment situation since the beginning of 2020, this article shows that even under the double impact of Covid-19 pandemic and the Sino-US economy and trade rivalry, cross-Strait economic cooperation has still shown tendencies of complementary development, and has also "created new opportunities in the crisis" with new trends of transformation and upgrading. At the same time, the economic and social effects of the cross-Strait economy on the island have become more significant. Looking ahead to the days after the pandemic, cross-Strait economic relations will face many complicated challenges from economy and politics, but they will "open a new situation in changes" driven by the new development layout of the mainland. The cross-Strait economy will remain an important driving force for the economic and social development of the island, and the important basis for promoting the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations.
