摘 要:聚乳酸(PLA)因其环境友好性、良好的生物相容性和可降解性而受到广泛关注。然而,较差的机械性能限制了其实际应用。纳米碳酸钙(CaCO3)是一种重要的无机增韧增强功能性填料,具有无毒、成本低等优点。为了改善纳米碳酸钙与高分子材料之间的分散性和相容性,需要对其进行表面改性。利用安全环保的柠檬酸改性碳酸钙,并通过溶液浇筑法成功制备了聚乳酸/碳酸钙复合材料。研究表明:改性后的碳酸钙能有效提高聚乳酸复合材料的力学性能。Polylactic acid(PLA) polymers have received intensive attention due to their environmental friendliness, good bio-compatibility, and degradability. However, their poor mechanical property surely limits practical utilization. Nano calcium carbonate(CaCO3) is an important inorganic toughening and reinforcing functional filler, which has the advantages of non-toxicity and low cost. In order to improve the dispersibility and compatibility between nano-calcium carbonate and polymer materials, surface modification is needed.Utilizing safe and environmentally friendly citric acid modified calcium carbonate, and successfully prepared polylactic acid/calcium carbonate composites by solution casting method. The mechanical test results show that the modified calcium carbonate can effectively improve the mechanical properties of polylactic acid composites.
