摘 要:离合制动器是机械压力机主传动系统重要的组成部分。对于高速、重型机械压力机的主传动系统,离合制动器的磨损和温升直接影响了系统的制动性能。因此,离合制动器的有效运作是机床安全运行的重要保证。本文介绍了一种压力机组合式离合制动器磨损量和温升监控系统,包括技术原理、控制系统、监控方案。并提出了对于飞轮温升的完整监控方案。实际应用表明,本文介绍的监控系统能有效实现离合制动器性能的在线监测,保证系统的安全运行,为实现压力机信息化和智能化提供了数据支持。The clutch brake is an important part of the main drive system of a mechanical press.For the main drive system of a high-speed and heavy-duty mechanical press,the wear and temperature rise of the clutch brake directly affect the braking performance of the system.Therefore,the effective operation of the clutch brake is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the machine tool.One kind of monitoring system combined for press clutch brake wear and temperature rise has been introduced in the text,including technical principles,control systems,and monitoring solutions.The complete monitoring program for flywheel temperature rise has been put forward.The practical application shows that the monitoring system introduced in the text can effectively realize the on-line monitoring of the clutch brake performance and ensure the safe operation of the system,which provides data support for the realization of press information and intelligence.
