摘  要:通过模拟实验及DEFORM仿真模拟,对比研究了普通镦粗和凹型坯料镦粗的变形规律,探讨了孔洞缺陷闭合的机理,提出了定量评定锻造效果的技术指标,可用于实际大锻件工艺的优化制定。Through simulation experiments and DEFORM simulations,the deformation laws of common upsetting and concave billet upsetting have been compared and studied.The mechanism of hole defect closure has been discussed and technical indicators for quantitative evaluation of forging effects have been proposed,which can be used for actual optimized process formulation of large forgings.
