摘 要:起皱和破裂是半球形件拉深成形主要的缺陷,改变工艺参数和工艺方案可以避免缺陷的发生。通过建立SPCC半球形件一次拉深成形模型,研究板料直径、单位压边力、摩擦因数对半球形件成形质量的影响,得到一次拉深成形最优工艺参数。提出两道拉深成形SPCC半球形件的工艺方案,仿真得到侧壁无起皱、壁厚最大减薄率最小的最优零件成形结果。Wrinkles and cracks are the main defects in the deep drawing of hemispherical parts.Changing the process parameters and process plan can avoid the occurrence of defects.Through the establishment of the SPCC hemispherical part one-time deep drawing forming model,the influence of sheet metal diameter,unit blank holder force and friction factor on the forming quality of the hemispherical part has been studied,and the optimal process parameters of one-time deep drawing forming have been obtained.Two-step deep drawing process scheme for forming SPCC hemispherical parts has been proposed,and the optimal part forming results with no wrinkles on the side wall and the smallest wall thickness reduction rate have been obtained by simulation.
