摘  要:本文根据多组分动态配气装置工作原理,采用ZigBee技术,设计出一套可对配气装置进行近距离无线操作的通信系统。该系统以STM32作为控制核心,CC2420芯片作为射频、发送接收模块,完成了协调器、终端控制器、显示模块的设计。现场试验表明,该系统可以近距离控制配气装置,从而实现对气体种类和参数的设定,连续配制并输出浓度值持续可调的混合标准气体,减轻了检定人员的工作强度。Based on the working principle of the multi-component dynamic gas distribution device,this paper used ZigBee technology to design a communication system that can perform short-range wireless operation of the gas distri⁃bution device.The system uses STM32 as the control core,and CC2420 chip as the radio frequency,transmitter and receiver module,thus completing the design of the coordinator,terminal controller and display module.Field tests have shown that the system can control the gas distribution device at close range,thereby realizing the setting of gas types and parameters,continuously preparing and outputting mixed standard gases with continuously adjustable con⁃centration values,and reducing the work intensity of the inspectors.
