摘 要:北方寒冷地区,冬季降雪会造成屋顶被积雪覆盖,而且积雪难以清除。基于此,本文提出设计一种基于振动力学与智能物联的柔性除雪薄膜。其间从除雪机理、结构功能的实现等方面进行系统分析,并将其与传统常规的除雪方法和除雪设备进行了对比。结果表明,相对于常规的除雪设备,该设计具有功耗低、结构稳定性高、使用及维护成本低、实用性高等优势。In cold northern areas,snowfall in winter will cause the roof to be covered with snow,and the snow is diffi⁃cult to remove.Based on this,this paper proposed to design a flexible snow removal film based on vibration mechan⁃ics and intelligent IoT.In the meantime,systematic analysis was carried out from the aspects of snow removal mecha⁃nism,structural function realization,etc.,and it was compared with traditional conventional snow removal methods and snow removal equipment.The results show that compared with conventional snow removal equipment,this design has the advantages of low power consumption,high structural stability,low use and maintenance costs,and high prac⁃ticability.
