摘 要:在我国南方地区,岩溶地貌非常容易发育。大量工程实践表明,溶洞桩基础采用冲击钻成孔工艺,会产生振动,并诱发地面塌陷等地质灾害。特别是既有建筑物附近进行桩基础施工,会造成附近建筑物倾斜、坍塌等,导致巨大的经济损失,危及生命及财产安全。工具式钢套管护壁+旋挖钻孔技术、液压拔管机拔管、静力挤扩混合料等成套技术能克服松散土层、溶洞地段不良地质,有效减少施工振动和地面塌陷,保证附近既有建筑物的安全和施工安全,减少邻近建筑物的处理或拆迁费用,降低经济损失,实现快速、安全、无振动和低成本的既有建筑物附近的嵌岩桩基础施工,其产生了较大的经济效益和社会效益,体现了广泛的应用价值。In southern China,Karst landforms are very easy to develop.A large number of engineering practices have shown that the use of percussion drilling for the Karst cave pile foundation will generate vibration and induce geologi⁃cal disasters such as ground collapse.In particular,the pile foundation construction near the existing buildings will cause the buildings nearby to incline and collapse,resulting in huge economic losses and endangering life and proper⁃ty safety.Tool-type steel casing wall protection+rotary drilling technology,hydraulic pipe drawing machine draw⁃ing,static extrusion mixture and other complete sets of technologies can overcome the unfavorable geology of loose soil layers and Karst caves,effectively reduce construction vibration and ground collapse,ensure the safety and con⁃struction safety of existing buildings nearby,reduce the cost of treatment or demolition of adjacent buildings,reduce economic losses,and realize fast,safe,vibration-free and low-cost rock-socketed pile foundation construction near existing buildings,which has produced greater economic and social benefits,and embodies a wide range of applica⁃tion values.
