摘  要:环氧树脂是一种重要的热固型树脂,在环氧树脂基体中添加纳米颗粒容易制备低成本的热固型功能涂层,在航空航天领域有着良好的应用潜力。将石墨烯和碳纳米管及Ti粉等作为填充料分散掺入环氧树脂中,制备了不同碳系添加物的环氧树脂涂层。样品制备过程中分别添加了1.0和5.0wt.%石墨烯、1.5wt.%碳纳米管、1.5wt.%碳纳米管@1.5wt.%Ti粉。采用太赫兹时域光谱系统对不同掺杂环氧树脂涂层进行反射式太赫兹成像和光谱分析,采用表面电阻测试仪对涂层表面电阻进行测试。实验结果表明,太赫兹时域光谱和成像技术不仅能有效区分纳米添加物的浓度特性,还可以实现涂层内部气泡缺陷的无损检测。随石墨烯添加量的增加,涂层的时域峰值信号出现延迟和逐渐衰减。表面电阻测试结果表明,纳米级碳系添加物能有效改善环氧树脂涂层的导电性能,表面电阻由30.05 GΩ降低至20.7 MΩ,这主要归功于添加物形成的导电网络结构以及与金属Ti粉的协同效应。Epoxy resin is an important thermosetting resin,it is easy to prepare low-cost thermosetting functional coatings by adding nanoparticles to the epoxy resin matrix,which has good application potential in the aerospace field.Graphene,carbon nanotubes,and Ti powder were used as fillers to be dispersed and mixed into epoxy resin to prepare epoxy resin coatings with different carbon additives.During the sample preparation process,1.0 and 5.0 wt.%graphene,1.5 wt.%carbon nanotubes,1.5 wt.%carbon nanotubes@1.5 wt.%Ti powder was added into matrix resin,respectively.Reflective terahertz imaging and spectral analysis on different doped epoxy resin coatings were tested by using a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system,and the surface resistance of coatings was characterized by a surface resistance tester.Experimental results show that terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and imaging technology can not only effectively distinguish the concentration characteristics of nano-additives,but also achieve non-destructive detection of bubble defects inside the coating.As the amount of graphene added increases,the time domain peak signal of the coating is delayed and gradually attenuated.The surface resistance test results indicate that the nano-scale carbon additives can effectively improve the conductivity of the epoxy resin coating,and the surface resistance is reduced from 30.05 GΩto 20.7 MΩ,which is mainly due to the conduct network structure formed by the additives and the effect with the metal Ti powder.
