摘  要:为了提高手机读取试纸的便携型和普适性,一种新型的智能手机读取试纸的方法被提出。该方法最初是被设计用来读取胶体金免疫层析试纸的,但是经过实验验证,该方法在尿常规试纸上的应用也能够取得较好的效果。该方法使用线性回归进行光照环境的校正,以CIEDE2000色差公式为工具,使用一种垂点法计算浓度。在尿常规试纸的实验中,对于3项常见的尿常规检测项目——蛋白质、葡萄糖和隐血的检测上,计算浓度与溶液实际浓度的线性拟合的斜率分别达到了0.95372、0.99259、1.00797,实验得到的计算浓度在低浓度部分和高浓度部分,均达到了较好的准确度,决定系数分别达到了0.9896、0.99754、0.99831,线性程度较好。该方法被证实具有良好的普适性,具有广阔的应用前景。To improve the portability and universality of smartphone reading test strip,a new method of smartphone reading test strip is proposed.This method was originally designed to read the colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip,but after experimental verification,the application of this method on urine routine test strip can also achieve good results.In this method,linear regression is used to correct the illumination environment,and a vertical point method is used to calculate the concentration with the CIEDE2000 color difference formula as the tool.In the experiment of urine routine test strip,the detection of protein,glucose and occult blood,which are the three common routine urine test items,are tested,the slope of the linear fitting between the calculated concentration and the actual concentration of the solution was 0.95372,0.99259 and 1.00797,respectively,and the coefficients of determination were 0.9896,0.99754 and 0.99831,respectively,and the linearity is good.This method has been proved to have good universality and broad application prospects.
