摘  要:提出了一种基于电力载波技术的粮仓温度监测系统。通过温度传感器DS18B20对粮仓实行多点温度信号采集,信号经由电力载波模块,可以在220 V电力线路中进行传送,后经数据采集设备(DAQ)将其传送给上位机;上位机采用了基于LabVIEW软件开发的实时温度监测平台,该平台对采集到的温度进行实时监测、显示和报警。经测试分析,该系统具有精密度高,信号长距离传送衰减小,可减少二次布线等优点。为粮食的安全存储提供了有效保证,最大限度减少粮食在存储过程中的损失。A grain warehouse temperature monitoring system based on power line communication technology is proposed.DS18 B20 is used to collect the multi-point temperature signal of it.The signal can be transmitted in the 220 V power line through the power line communication module,and then transmitted to the position machine through the data acquisition equipment(DAQ).The position machine adopts the real-time temperature monitoring platform based on LabVIEW to monitor and display the collected temperature in real time.The tests show that the system has the advantages of high precision,small attenuation of long-distance signal transmission,and can reduce the secondary wiring,which provides an effective guarantee for the safe storage of grain and minimizes the loss of grain in the storage process.
