摘  要:以北京地铁工作人员为调查对象,进行了有关地铁环境质量、空气质量和热环境满意度、不良症状出现情况以及地铁环境质量改善措施的主观问卷调查。调查对象对地铁环境质量的总体评价为略优于适中可接受,对空气质量的总体评价则介于适中可接受和较不满意之间。在地铁环境中夏天感觉热而冬天感觉适中的调查对象最多,夏天和冬天热环境平均评分分别为1.30和-1.02。调查对象经常出现的不良症状包括:易困倦、鼻腔不适和咽喉不适。年龄、工龄和在地铁环境中每天停留小时数显著影响调查对象对地铁环境的评价及不良症状的发生率。调查对象希望通过改善通风和增加空气净化来改善地铁环境质量。A staff-based subjective questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of environmental quality,air quality and thermal environment of Beijing subway,the occurrence of adverse symptoms and the improvement measures of subway environmental quality.The overall evaluation of environmental quality in Beijing subway was slightly better than acceptable while that for air quality was between acceptable and less unsatisfied.More respondents felt hot in summer and moderate in winter,with average score of 1.30 and-1.02 for the thermal environment in summer and winter,respectively.The most common symptoms reported by the respondents included sleepiness,discomfort in the nasal cavity and throat.Age,length of service and the number of hours spent in the subway system each day significantly affected the evaluation of the subway environment and the incidence of adverse symptoms.Improving ventilation and air purification were the most wanted measures for improving the environmental quality in the subway system.
