摘 要:选取唐山市还乡河为研究对象,针对河道存在的水质恶化、河流生态系统退化等问题,以水质目标管理为核心,开展重污染河流水污染控制与水质改善研究。以V类水为水质目标,开展河道水环境容量核算,构建近远期相结合的水污染综合治理方案。近期方案实现水质快速稳定达标,远期落实标本兼治、推进全面治污。根据污染削减负荷,结合河道场地特征、水文特征、污染特征等要素提出工程措施及规模,并开展目标可达性分析。Aiming at the problems of water quality deterioration and ecosystem degradation,Huanxiang River in Tangshan City was selected as a research object to study water pollution control and water quality improvement of heavily polluted river based on water quality objective management.Taking the class V standard as the target,the water environment capacity of the river was calculated.Then,a comprehensive water pollution treatment scheme that combined the short and long term was established.The short-term scheme was aimed at achieving a stable water quality in a short time.The long-term scheme was focused on promoting comprehensive pollution control.According to the pollution load reduction,combined with river site characteristics,hydrological characteristics,pollution characteristics and other elements,the engineering measures and scales were proposed.And the feasibility of the scheme was judged by target accessibility analysis.
