摘　　要：针对“针灸人文”研究范畴中针灸学术史与流派、针灸相关思想文化、多元方法的探索三个方面,梳理近30年来研究者所进行的相关工作,分类呈现不同范畴的研究成果,并对宏观反思针灸知识体系框架的既有工作进展进行总结。提出目前在针灸人文研究领域中,尚存在理论研究片段化呈现、流失海外的针灸古代文献研究有待丰富、历史研究鲜有打破中医既有格局的认识、思想文化研究仍较孤立于中国其他思想体系,以及缺少交叉学科探索等问题。认为针灸人文存在更多研究空间,并由此对针灸发展方向与范式进行反思。Aiming at the three aspects of the academic history and schools of acupuncture and moxibustion,the ideology and culture of acupuncture and moxibustion,and the exploration of multiple methods in the research category of“Acupuncture and Moxibustion”,this paper sort out the relevant work done by researchers in the past 30 years,present research results in different categories,and summarize the existing work progress of the macro-reflection on the acupuncture knowledge system framework.It is pointed out that in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion humanities research,there are still fragmented presentations of theoretical research,the research of acupuncture and moxibustion ancient literatures lost overseas needs to be enriched,historical research rarely breaks the existing pattern of traditional Chinese medicine,ideological and cultural research is still relatively isolated from other Chinese ideological systems,and the lack of interdisciplinary exploration.It is believed that there is more research space in the humanities of acupuncture and moxibustion,and thus reflects on the development direction and paradigm of acupuncture should be considered.
