王新志从“胃”论治脑病学术观点探析

摘　　要：总结王新志从“胃”论治脑病学术观点。脑与胃、脾、肠三脏关系密切,脑病的产生与胃、脾、肠三脏腑息息相关,认为胃、脾、肠功能均以胃为根本,进而提出“胃”的新概念,并结合老年患者多以腑病为主等临床特征,提出从“胃”论治脑病。临床应用中对中风急性期强调通腑化痰,总结通腑六法,中风恢复期强调顾护脾胃,中风相关肺炎治以通腑化痰兼培土生金,通腑太过者治以诃梨勒散,并提出“卧不安胃亦不和”,分湿热阻滞、肝旺脾虚、土壅木郁三证论治不寐。WANG Xinzhi's academic viewpoints on treating encephalopathy by treating“stomach”is summarized.The brain is closely related to the stomach,spleen,and intestines,and the occurrence of encephalopathy is closely related to the stomach,spleen,and intestines.It is believed that the functions of the stomach,spleen,and intestines are all based on the stomach,and then a new concept of“stomach”is proposed.Combined with the clinical features of the elderly patients mainly with Fu-organ diseases,the viewpoint of treating brain diseases by treating“stomach”is put forward.In clinical application,the acute stage of stroke is emphasized to catharsis and dissipate phlegm,and the 6 methods of catharsis are summarized.During the recovery stage of stroke,the protection of spleen and stomach is emphasized.And the treatment of stroke-related pneumonia is to catharsis and dissipate phlegm and cultivate the earth to produce gold.For those with too much catharsis,Helile Powder(诃黎勒散)should be used,and it is proposed that“sleeping restlessly leads to being not harmonious stomach”.In treatment of insomnia,there are three types such as dampness-heat obstruction and stagnation,liver hyperactivity and spleen deficiency,and earth and wood stagnation.
