摘　　要：近年来,在经济全球化持续深入与我国金融业对外开放持续推进下,国内银行卡组织的全球化发展面临着越来越严峻的挑战。专利作为技术创新的法律保护工具,成为了企业开展市场竞争的有效手段。文章通过对国际银行卡组织在PCT专利申请、国家布局、同族专利、商业方法专利、技术聚类等多个维度进行研究,分析国际银行卡组织专利布局策略的特点,提出国内银行卡组织专利布局策略建议。In recent years,the global development of domestic bankcard organizations is facing more and more serious challenges in the continuous deepening of economic globalization and opening up of China's financial industry.As a legal protection tool of technological innovation,patents have become effective means for enterprises market competition.This paper analyzes the PCT patent application,national distribution of patents,patent family,business method patents,cluster of technology field,in order to get characteristics of patent layout strategies of international bankcard organization.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on patent layout strategies of domestic bankcard organizations.
