一起罕见的10kV线路三相对称故障调度处置分析

摘　　要：文章基于某变电站10kV线路发生一起较为罕见的三相接地故障后,由于故障电流未达到保护动作定值,而过流保护未启动跳闸事件。结合调度处置经过及故障前后电压、电流数据,分析事件的主要原因,针对10kV配电线路运行过程中发生此类特殊情况,提出一些处置思路和管控措施。In this paper,based on a rare three-phase earth fault occurring in a 10kV line of a substation,the tripping event was not started because the fault current did not reach the fixed value of the protection action.Based on the dispatching and disposal process and the voltage and current data before and after the fault,the main causes of the events were analyzed,and some disposal ideas and control measures were proposed in view of such special situations occurring in the operation of 10kV distribution lines.
