基于配电自动化的10kV单相接地处置策略研究

摘　　要：10kV配电线路单相接地故障是配网调度运行中最常见的故障形式之一,严重影响电网安全、生活和生产用电。为了有效的进行故障隔离、线路复电,就要打破传统的处置方式,寻找新兴的、科学的途径。文章结合云南电网配电自动化技术的特点,充分利用配电自动化开关的远方遥控功能,有效地提高了10kV配电线路单相接地故障隔离、线路复电的速度。Single-phase-to-ground fault of 10kV distribution line is one of the most common fault forms in distribution network dispatching and operation,which seriously affects power grid safety,daily life and production power consumption.In order to effectively isolate the fault and restore the power line,it is necessary to break the traditional way of disposal and find a new and scientific way.According to the characteristics of distribution automation technology in Yunnan Power Grid,this paper makes full use of the remote control function of distribution automation switch to effectively improve the speed of single-phase ground fault isolation and power recovery of 10kV distribution lines.
