摘 要:城市集中连片地下空间开发必然伴随着短期内巨量工程弃土消纳的难题。文章介绍一套适用的基坑土方工程新技术,包括土方水力冲挖、弃土高效运输、弃土资源化利用三个紧密衔接的部分;其中,水力冲挖利用高压水枪在坑底就地切削、破碎、混合土方形成泥浆,然后通过密闭管道和船舶运输至资源化利用场地,最后以弃土为原料形成优质回填土、烧结轻质陶粒并开发成绿色建材。最后介绍这一整体解决方案在某工程中的应用。理论分析与实践应用都表明,相比传统机械开挖与卡车运输,该方案在开挖效率、工程造价、社会效益、环境效益等方面都具有显著优势。The ongoing rapid and centralized underground space development in cities will soon be faced with difficulty in disposing the tremendously huge amounts of abandoned soil within a limited period.This paper introduces an integrated solution to this problem in vertical excavation earthwork,including three successive steps,i.e.,hydraulic excavation,pipeline soil transportation and soil disposal.In hydraulic excavation,high-pressure water jet is used to cut,smash and mix soil and water,thus forming slurry.The slurry is then transported through pipeline and possibly barge to destination.Finally,the abandoned soil is transformed into useful material such as backfills,light-weighted aggregates and green building materials.An application of this integrated solution is introduced briefly.Both theoretical analyses and practical application show that this solution has significant advantages over conventional earthwork methods in efficiency,cost,social influence and ecosystem effects.
