摘　　要：高校设立教学督导并希望通过督导对日常教学工作进行指导,通过对教风、学风、考风等一系列方面的督查,以评促改、以评促建,实现教学管理工作的良性运行,文章通过对我国60所应用型本科院校的教学质量评估办网站中的督导方式进行分析总结了三种督导工作模式,结合应用型本科院校特征,希望通过目前工作中存在的不足对督导模式进行优化,最终实现闭环式督导。Universities and other higher educational institutions have established the education supervision agency in a bid to supervise the daily teaching behaviors and practices through the supervision of a series of aspects such as teaching style,style of study and style of examination to achieve the smooth operation of reform and construction via university evaluation.This paper analyzes and summarizes three working pattern of 60 applied colleges and hopes to optimize the supervision mode in the work and attain the closed cycle of supervision.
