摘 要:以节点的节点板厚度和腹杆壁厚为参数,设计出五个新型附着式节点,并对其进行了试验研究,分析试件破坏模式、荷载-相对变形曲线和节点板应力分布。研究结果表明,新型附着式节点破坏模式主要有两种:一种是节点板破坏,主要表现为沿着受压撕裂线破坏;一种是腹杆破坏,主要表现为受压腹杆整体屈曲。破坏模式为节点板破坏的时候,节点整体变形相对较大,节点板上应力集中也更加明显,此时改变节点板厚度对节点极限承载力影响较大;而破坏模式为腹杆整体屈曲时,节点板厚度的改变对极限承载力的影响微弱。通过有限元分析以及考虑经济性的同时,本文建议节点板厚度取腹杆壁厚的1.5倍,以确保节点板不被破坏。Taking the joint plate thickness and web wall thickness as parameters,five new attached joints are designed and studied experimentally.The failure mode,load-deformation curve and stress distribution of joint plate are analyzed.Results show that there are two main failure modes of the new attached joint,one is the failure of the joint plate,which is mainly along the compression tear line.Another is the failure of the web,which is mainly manifested in the overall buckling of the compressed web.When the failure mode is the fracture of the joint plate,the overall deformation of the joint is relatively large,and the stress concentration on the joint plate is more obvious also.At this time,the change of the thickness of the joint plate has a great influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint,while the failure mode is more obvious.The effect of the thickness of the joint plate on the ultimate bearing capacity is weak during the overall buckling of the web.Through finite element analysis andconsidering economic factor,it is suggested that the thickness of web wall should be 1.5 times of that of web plate,to ensure the joint plate is not destroyed.
