摘 要:为较为全面准确地计算和分析盾构施工引起的地表沉降,基于弹性力学Mindlin解,在已有研究的基础上,考虑刀盘结构形式的不同对地表沉降的影响,根据坐标转化和积分的方法分别给出了两种结构形式刀盘的正面附加推力引起的地表沉降计算公式。对面板式刀盘的正面摩擦力沿径向简化为三角形分布,给出了面板式刀盘正面摩擦力引起的地表沉降的计算公式;考虑了刀盘圆周面的轴向摩擦力对地表沉降的影响,推导出其解析式;最后运用叠加原理,给出了盾构施工引起地表总沉降计算公式;此外,给出了刀盘摩擦力的计算公式。结合已有的工程实例,并与实测值对比,结果表明:运用本文方法计算得到的地表沉降分布可以反映盾构施工引起地表实际变形的特点;与其它因素相比,刀盘正面的摩擦力、圆周面的轴向和环向摩擦力引起的地表沉降值在地表总沉降值中占比较小;刀盘结构形式的不同对地表沉降有一定程度的影响,这体现在刀盘正面附加推力和正面摩擦力上;两者相比,刀盘正面附加推力引起的地表沉降受刀盘结构形式的影响幅度较大。In order to calculate and analyze the surface settlement caused by shield construction more comprehensively and accurately,based on the Mindlin solution of elastic mechanics,considering the influence of different cutter head structure on surface settlement,the calculation formulas of surface settlement caused by the additional thrust of two kinds of cutter head are given by coordinate transformation and integral method.In this paper,the front friction force of panel-type cutter head is simplified to triangle distribution along the radial direction,and the calculation formula of surface settlement caused by the front friction force of panel-type cutter head is given.Finally,by using the superposition principle,the calculation formula of total surface settlement caused by shield construction is given.In addition,the calculation formula of cutter head friction is given.Results show that the distribution of surface settlement calculated by this method can reflect the characteristics of the actual surface deformation caused by shield construction.Compared with other factors,the surface settlement value caused by friction force on the front of cutter head,axial friction and circumferential friction of the circular surface accounts for less of the total settlement value of the surface.The different structure of cutterhead has a certain influence on the surface subsidence,which is reflected in the additional thrust and friction force on the front of the cutter head.Compared with these two,the surface settlement caused by the additional thrust on the front of the cutter head is greatly affected by the structure of the cutter head.
